Plano Spine & Joint is proud to welcome Evelin Martinez as our newest Therapy Assistant, joining our growing team dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and regain confidence after injury. Evelin brings with her a warm, caring spirit and a strong foundation in both health sciences and business education, a combination that reflects her balanced approach to patient care, teamwork, and professional growth.
Background
I am a recent graduate of Texas Woman’s University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with minors in Pre-Medicine and Spanish. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, I am passionate about healthcare and committed to helping others feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
Experience
I have a strong interest in serving and advocating for others, and I value the opportunity to create positive and meaningful experiences for the people around me. My long-term goal is to continue growing within the healthcare field and eventually transition into a leadership role where I can make a lasting impact while remaining connected to patient care and service.
Outside of my professional goals, family and faith are very important to me. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and creating meaningful memories with those I love. I am also actively involved in my young adult faith community, where I enjoy serving others and creating opportunities that encourage connection and spiritual growth.

Creativity is another important part of who I am. I enjoy designing, creating content, exploring new ideas, reading, discovering new places, and dancing—especially Latin fusion.
I look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally while using my education, creativity, bilingual skills, and passion for helping others to make a positive difference in the healthcare community.
